Working principle and structure of YCY14-1B pressure-compensating variable
pump(picture 4)
Pressure –compensating variable pump, exit displacement goes with the exitpressure, and
changes in a constant power curve approximately in afixed range and . When the high pressure oil
from the main body enters in to the lower chamber [d] of the Variable Shell (302), oil flows from
the channel [e], and enters into [f] and [h] separately ;When the force from the Spring (306),(307)
is stronger than the hydraulic thrusting from the lower annular area which enters into the Servo
Pistons(309) through the channel [f], then the oil Pistons(301) dowu, makes the displacement in
the pump increase. When the hydraulic thrusting on the lower annular area of the Servo
Pistins(309) moves up ,jams the channel[h], makes the oil in the chamber [g] go throughthe
chamber [i] and relieve the pressure .Then the variable pistons move up,makes the displacement
decrease.
Pump's hydraulic principium diagram(picture4-1) and variable characteristic graph (picture
4-2) as follows:
When adjusting the displacement , please screw the banking screw to the top, adjusting the
spring pocket, makes initialized pressure meets the demand when the displacement changes
according to the required displacement and pressure changing range, then screwing the banking
screw to the supreme pressure until the displacement has no change.The relation between the
pressure and displacement is decided by the pump itself.
